After you complete your purchase, you’ll get immediate access to your resources and video tutorials so you can prepare while your template is being set up.

Within one business day, your website template will be delivered directly to your Squarespace account using the email address you provide at checkout. You’ll receive an email invitation from Squarespace. Simply accept the invitation and, if needed, sign in or create your Squarespace account.

Your template will appear as a separate website in your dashboard, ready to customise, with a free six-month Squarespace trial included.

Your template will be delivered as a brand-new website within your Squarespace account. Squarespace doesn’t currently allow templates to replace an existing site directly.

This setup lets you keep your current website live while you customise and prepare your new one. When you’re ready to launch, you’ll purchase a subscription for the new site and can then cancel the subscription on your old website. If you have time remaining, Squarespace may offer a prorated refund.

If your current website is on another platform, you’ll be guided to set up a Squarespace account when your template is delivered. You can customise the design and copy while your existing site stays live. When you’re ready to launch, you’ll simply connect or move your domain to Squarespace.

Your template is a one-time purchase from us and includes the pre-built website, guides, and tutorials. Hosting and domains are purchased separately through Squarespace (or your chosen domain provider). You’ll have a six-month Squarespace trial to edit your site before subscribing, and you’ll be guided through the setup when you’re ready to launch.

Yes. Each template comes with guidance and support. You’ll have access to step-by-step tutorials, and if you ever get stuck, you can email us for help along the way.

No. You don’t need to use any code to build or customise your website. All templates are designed using Squarespace’s built-in features and can be fully edited without touching code.

In a small number of cases, a template may include a minimal snippet of code to enhance the design. If so, it will already be added for you, with a copy provided and clear guidance. You can leave it as is, adjust it, or remove it entirely.

You’re also welcome to add your own code if you’d like to customise things further.

You don’t need any prior Squarespace experience.

Squarespace is very beginner-friendly, and the guidance covers everything from editing pages and sections to styling, mobile layout, and final launch checks, so you can feel confident even if this is your first website.

Yes. All templates are fully mobile-friendly and designed to look clear and considered on every screen size. Each layout is optimised for mobile from the start, and you’ll also be guided on how to check and adjust the mobile view before you launch.

Because this is a digital product with immediate access to files and training, all template purchases are non-refundable.
